WOD

wearing 10kg weigh vest
3 pullups + 3 dips = 1 muscle-up

20 minutes of work

12 rounds + 3 Pull-ups

Each round
6 Pullups
6 Dips
4 Handstand pushups
8 Kettlebell swings
