Is Halloween Real? Maybe based on my ride this morning. First my riding partner saw a group of collarless dogs walking as if on leads but with no owner to lead them. Then after a freak flash rain that made our ride cold and wet a homeless person wonders out from a park looking like a ghost, wrapped in a camouflage blanket. Then a series freak encounters with cars, hum.....

Anyway, Here is the WOD.

Morning Workout
1.5 hour fixed gear ride 1500 kcal burn

Noon workout
6x2 125kg Deadlift
6x3 95kg Back Squats
6x4 70kg Front Squats
6x5 50kg Overhead Squats

Abs
20 Sit-ups
20 Janda Sit-ups
20 Swiss Ball Sit-ups
20 Knees-to-Elbows
2 Minute Plank
